About
The San Francisco Boys Chorus offers a range of activities including vocal training, music appreciation, handbells, and performance experience. The program is designed to provide young singers with a comprehensive musical education.
• Ages: 5–14 years old
• Schedule: Monday and Wednesdays (in SF), or Tuesday and Thursdays (in all others). Times are scheduled between 3p to 6:40p depending on the group.
• Price: Tuition, Camp and Tour fees vary by level. Tuition Assistance and payment plans are available at all levels.
• Location: Trinity + St. Peter’s Church, Gough at Bush, San Francisco; 1330 Lakeshore Ave., Oakland; St. Paul’s Church, 1123 Court Street, San Rafael; 225 Tilton Ave., San Mateo
Founded in 1948, the San Francisco Boys Chorus is a Grammy Award-winning, not-for-profit music education and performing arts organization. It serves over 240 singers from 50 Bay Area cities and more than 120 schools at four Bay Area locations. The chorus has partnered with the San Francisco Opera for over 75 years and is internationally acclaimed. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Ian Robertson, the chorus has been recognized for its excellence in performance arts and education.
