About

The SF Police Activities League (SFPAL) offers a variety of activities for youth, including fishing, football, cheer, flag football, jiu-jitsu, basketball, and a Law Enforcement Cadet program. Additionally, there are CrossFit sessions and virtual options like art and chess.

• Price: free athletic programs and educational programs kept at a minimal cost to the participants

Founded in 1959, SFPAL aims to build community by organizing youth sports and healthy activities that develop personal character and foster positive relationships among police officers, youth, and dedicated volunteers. The program serves over 1,200 kids annually with the help of dedicated civilian and police coaches, instructors, mentors, and former participants. SFPAL also organizes community events such as the Annual Toy Drive, Canned Food Drive, Kids' Games event, Winter Wonderland, and the Golden Gate Park clean-up.
