Silanoe Martial Arts offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Self-Defense classes. The program includes Kids Jiu-Jitsu, Adult Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Adult Muay Thai Kickboxing. Classes take place in a spotless studio with free and open parking always available.

• Schedule: Class options Monday–Thursday afternoons and evenings, Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings
Instructor Professor Gino Silanoe leads the program. The mission of Silanoe Martial Arts is to provide a welcoming and respectful training environment for all, regardless of age, gender, or background. The program is family friendly and locally owned, with a clean, inclusive space for every family and a supportive environment alongside like-minded people. A free trial is available, and the first class is free.
