Silanoe Martial Arts

Silanoe Martial Arts offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults, teens, and kids, with separate Adult Jiu-Jitsu and Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes. The program also offers Muay Thai/Kickboxing, including Adult Muay Thai Kickboxing and Kids Muay Thai Kickboxing, as well as Self-Defense classes. Classes take place in a family friendly, locally owned studio that is described as a clean, inclusive space for every family, with fun, safe, and beginner-friendly classes and a welcoming and respectful training environment for all, regardless of age, gender, or background.
