About
Family Resource Centers includes Engagement and Enrichment Classes for children ages 0-12. The program includes Family Resource Center activities, the Baby & me Program, Zumbini, Play & Learn, toddler and preschool support and enrichment, Art Enrichment classes, STEAM and Sensory Workshops, Developmental and Social-Emotional Screenings (ASQ/ASQ:SE), Abriendo Puertas/Opening Doors Workshop, Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), and Raising A Reader Plus.
Programs
- Family Resource Center activities — Children 0-5 · Referrals are not required. Walk-ins are welcome. Call to register or walk in.
- Baby & me Program — 0-24 months · Designed to nurture a loving relationship between caregiver and baby by engaging together in music and movement activities.
- Zumbini — 0 to 3 years · Early childhood development program focused on movement and music for children to attend with caregiver(s).
- Play & Learn — Provides caregivers with meaningful opportunities to engage with their children in an environment where play and learning come together.
- Toddler, preschool support and enrichment — 25-60 months · Early education activities designed for families with toddlers and preschoolers.
- Art Enrichment classes — 25-60 months
- STEAM and Sensory Workshops — 25-60 months · Hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math activities.
- Developmental and Social-Emotional Screenings (ASQ/ASQ:SE) — under 6 · Ages and Stages Questionnaire screenings are available for children under the age of 6.
- Abriendo Puertas/Opening Doors Workshop — 0-5 · Comprehensive training program developed and designed by, and for, Latino parents with children ages 0-5.
- Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) — 0-12 · Open to all parents, grandparents and caregivers of children ages 0-12.
- Raising A Reader Plus — 0-5 · Interactive workshop for caregivers with children 0-5 years of age.
- Engagement and Enrichment Classes — Includes Arts and Enrichment, STEM and Sensory, Zumbini, Raising A Reader (RAR), Music and Movement, and Infant Music and Movement.
