Fusion Volleyball is a program built around a shared community for volleyball players, coaches, and families. The program is guided by the ideas of relationships, balance, and relentless learning, and emphasizes that Fusion is not a place but a people.
Fusion Volleyball is led by Executive Director Tony D. Lien, Director of Operations Keaton Avila, Director of Community and Sport Vishal Patel, and Director of Facilities and Equipment Ryan Takaki. Its mission is to create a premier community for volleyball players, coaches, and families through excellence in coaching, integrity, and a supportive environment that focuses on growth, teamwork, and a lasting connection to the game. The program highlights several core principles, including treating all relationships with respect and care, making every effort to create joy, memories, and harmony, ensuring opportunities for relentless learning, establishing trust through transparent and clear communication in its processes, and the belief that “All Means All.”
