Infinity Martial Arts

Infinity Martial Arts offers Kids Martial Arts for ages 5-7, where the Stripe Belts class teaches respect, focus, self-discipline, listening, eye-contact, goal setting, and coordination. It also offers Youth Martial Arts for ages 8+ with Color Belt classes that include perseverance, teamwork, self-discipline, accountability, self-defense, traditional forms, and striking techniques. Teen/Adult Martial Arts for ages 14+ includes self-defense, traditional forms, and striking techniques.

Programs

• Kids Martial Arts (age 5-7) — 5-7 · Stripe Belts Class teaches respect, focus, self-discipline, listening, eye-contact, goal setting, and coordination.
• Youth Martial Arts (ages 8+) — 8+ · Color Belt classes for kids and teens. Students learn perseverance, teamwork, self-discipline, accountability, self-defense, traditional forms, and striking techniques.
• Teen/Adult Martial Arts (age 14+) — 14+ · Students learn self-defense, traditional forms, and striking techniques. Focuses on fitness, mobility, flexibility, fun, and making new friends.
• Black Belt Classes — offered every week · Covers Tae Kwon Do basics, advanced kicking and punching, MMA, open hand techniques, weapons, and traditional forms.
• Summer Camp — Ages 5-12 and Junior Leaders 13+ · each week · A 3 hour camp dedicated to martial arts. Activities include foam nunchucks, kicks for beginner and advanced students, educational lessons, tricking, and gymnastics skills.

About the provider

Infinity Martial Arts in San Jose was founded in 2014 by Julia Moreci and Austin Guanzon. The founder, owner, and head instructor is BKJN Julia. The mission statement says the program aims to help students and their families become the best versions of themselves through martial arts, physically, mentally, spiritually, and with good character. BKJN Julia earned her 1st Degree Black Belt in 2010, her 2nd in 2012, her 3rd in 2016, and her 4th Degree Black Belt in September 2023, and she received “Best Overall Tester” at each level. Between 2011 and 2013, she claimed five NBL World Titles across junior and adult divisions and was a former USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic California State Champion.

The site says students are like family. Summer Camp says it is not a daycare or babysitter. Students are tested and evaluated every 3-6 months up to Black Belt.
