Kung Fu Kids®

Kung Fu Kids® offers Grasshoppers for ages 2-3, Little Pandas for ages 4-6, Mighty Tigers for ages 7-9, and Rising Dragons for ages 10-14. Grasshoppers includes listening skills and taking turns. Little Pandas includes physical and social skills, focus, self-confidence, discipline, and a full body workout. Mighty Tigers and Rising Dragons are martial arts classes that build physical, mental, and emotional skills.

Programs

• Grasshoppers — Ages 2-3 · From listening skills to taking turns, this program teaches more than physical skills and helps children learn how to interact in a social setting.
• Little Pandas — Ages 4-6 · Children gain physical and social skills, plus focus, self-confidence and discipline, while getting a full body workout.
• Mighty Tigers — Ages 7-9 · A martial arts class that helps kids develop physical, mental and emotional skills.
• Rising Dragons — Ages 10-14 · Martial arts for children to build physical, mental and emotional skill sets.
• Spectrum Stars — Designed to target children on the spectrum and introduces specialized skill-based training with a strategic balance of martial arts.
• Women's Self-Defense — Self-defense training for women to prevent attacks, build instincts to avoid danger, and learn physical force to protect yourself.
