NitRaj Arts offers online art classes that follow a classical way of learning, starting with mastering the basics of drawing as the building block of any painting. From these drawing basics, students move on to different art mediums in the classes.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Class options Monday–Friday in the late afternoon and early evening
NitRaj Arts is led by Nitasha Sahay, who runs the studio and teaches aspiring new artists. She is a fashion designer by profession and now a fine artist, and she completed a master’s degree in fashion designing and merchandising from a prestigious design school in New Delhi, India. She has in-depth knowledge of different aspects of art through her studies in fashion designing and has taken multiple classes and done extensive self-learning over the years.
The program’s stated mission is to follow a classical way of learning by focusing on drawing basics first, then moving to different mediums, and to give students tools to unleash their artistic abilities so they can achieve their personal goals and reach soaring heights.
Nitasha Sahay is a member of East Valley Artists, the Fine Arts League of Cupertino, the National Oil & Acrylic Painters Society, and the California Watercolor Association. Her work has received multiple awards and recognitions between 2020 and 2025 from groups including East Valley Artists, the Fine Arts League of Cupertino, the Santa Cruz Art League, Harrington Gallery, Pacific Art League, Tracy Art League, and UArt Open, in categories such as still life, figurative, landscape, realism, abstract, and artist of the month.
