Action Day Schools offers a wide range of activities, including dance classes with tap, ballet, tumbling, street dance, and jazz dance, as well as karate classes. The program also includes a sports program, athletics, sports clinics, art, Lego Robotics, music, chess, Spanish, and additional dance options.

Action Day Schools opened in 1968 as a single preschool, and in August 1990 the Campbell campus opened to serve infants and preschool children. The leadership team includes Alyssa Contreras, Site Director; Carole Freitas, Founder (In Loving Memory); and John Freitas, CEO | Founder | Partner. The mission of Action Day is to guide young children to their highest potential by providing a safe, community-driven environment where their sense of wonder can flourish, and all programs promote emotional, physical, social, and cognitive development. Action Day Schools offers continuous private school education from infancy to 8th grade and provides Extended Day and Summer at Action Day programs.
Action Day Schools includes a Global Schools Spanish Immersion Program where children experience every part of their day in Spanish with native-speaking teachers for a full immersion experience. Enrichment programs are part of the curriculum and after-school activities and take place on campus. Action Day Schools has 12 schools located in San Jose, Mountain View, Saratoga, Santa Clara, Campbell, and Morgan Hill, and these locations collectively include infant care, preschool, private elementary school, and middle school programs.
