Healing Grove Summer Sports Camp includes soccer, volleyball, skill drills, fun games, and scrimmages. The program also includes daily Bible lessons and prayer as part of the camp schedule.
• Ages: 6–13 years old
• Schedule: Weeklong camp, 9am–12pm, Monday through Friday
• Price: $175 per child/week
The camp leadership team includes Coach Noe Guzman and Dr. Angela Bymaster, M.D. The sports program is overseen by a physician, pastor, and sports coach, and a free sports physical is administered by Dr. Angela Bymaster, M.D. Campers choose either volleyball or soccer for the duration of each week, and families may sign up for one week or multiple weeks. The mission statement for Healing Grove says it offers individualized, whole-person wellness through state-of-the-art health care, soul care, and culture care, and it emphasizes community wellness and true health care equity. Every paying player supports two low income players from the Washington/Guadalupe community.
