Youth Sports includes youth basketball, youth soccer, martial arts, teen strength, and youth handball. Martial arts classes focus on fitness and conditioning while teaching the movements and stances of each martial arts discipline. The teen strength program focuses on foundational movement patterns such as the squat, bench press, and deadlift, along with proper lifting form and planning to meet fitness goals, and youth handball uses fun drills to build hand-eye coordination, footwork, balance, and use of both hands.
