Central Coast Culinary and Catering Cooking Classes offers cooking classes, private party cooking classes, custom classes, kids classes, and culinary trips. The program also offers catering, private parties, and a Sichuan buffet that is not spicy and is mostly vegetarian with usually about 10 different menu items. Many classes provide printed recipes and often suggest that participants bring a container for leftovers, and for the Sichuan buffet participants are instructed to bring their own containers.

Central Coast Culinary and Catering Cooking Classes has been in operation from 1999 to 2026. Debbie and Chef ([email protected]) lead the program, and Garrett makes and presents the Sichuan buffet. Debbie takes pride in her culinary education and shares advice about nutrition, cooking tips, shopping, where to buy ingredients, where to dine, and how to get organized to cook and entertain. The program describes itself as more than a culinary school, with catering, private parties, custom classes, kids classes, and culinary trips, and offers both demonstration-style and hands-on classes that feature some of their favorite menus. Volunteers can prep, cook if they like, and assist in classes, and they are welcome to eat what is left, take food home, and receive the recipes, and all staff are usually hired after first volunteering. The program states that its clients, students, and volunteers have become part of a large volunteer community that it calls a unique volunteer family. The Parker Street teaching space was newly remodeled in 2025.
