Girls Make Games offers summer camps, workshops, game jams, and an international Demo Day. The summer camps are available in-person and virtual, and the camps teach children how to design and program their own video game in 3 weeks.

About the provider
Girls Make Games launched in 2014 and is now in its 13th year. The program has reached 8,100 girls through workshops and camps, and over 27,000 through tutorials, games, and resources. It is a series of summer camps, workshops, and game jams designed to inspire the next generation of designers, creators, and engineers.
Registration for 2026 is closed. Camps are offered both in-person and virtual. The Girls Make Games Scholarship Fund offers up to 100% scholarships and tuition assistance to families. Based out of Raleigh, NC.
