Tech Rocks offers after school technology immersion where students work on technology, typing, coding, and Minecraft activities. Break and week camps use a project- and activity-based curriculum where students select tech activities of interest and complete specific deliverables, including options like creating a 3D game. The program also hosts Minecraft birthday parties and Minecraft-style birthday parties that include Safe and Fun Minecraft Time.

Tech Rocks offers after school weekly one-hour classes that include technology, typing, and coding, as well as an Online After School Program. Minecraft Birthday Parties at Tech Rocks focus on creating unique gaming experiences along with teamwork, cooperation, and fun, and are described as the perfect place to have a Minecraft party. The program is led by Alvin Desuasido, a local San Mateo parent and experienced Information Technology executive with over 25 years of experience in computer programming, hardware and software, and digital technology. His background includes creating several successful business startups, e-commerce, database design, complex web applications, enterprise-wide systems, and globally ranked mobile apps for Apple iOS and Android. He is a member of the Computer Science Teachers of America (CSTA) and is combining his passion for teaching with his love of technology. Tech Rocks states that it offers students the core foundations of technology in a fun learning environment and aims to provide all students with a strong foundation of technology.
Tech Rocks also offers on-site options described as “On Site – Bring Tech to your school!” and provides the same curriculum at school locations. The program is a member of the Computer Science Teachers of America (CSTA).
