Dance Sport (Kids) & Dance Fusion (Adults)

Dance Sport (Kids) & Dance Fusion (Adults) offers dance classes that include Ballroom, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Salsa, and Swing dance. Dance Fusion classes are described as a mix of fun dance moves practiced to music in a one hour class. Students learn new moves which they perform to popular songs, and kids are encouraged to sign up for monthly classes to see substantial progress over time.

Dance Sport (Kids) & Dance Fusion (Adults) currently has three groups: Monday 4:45–5:45pm for ages 5 and under, Friday 4pm for ages 8–10 years, and Friday 5pm for ages 5–7 years. The programs focus on having fun dancing while learning a variety of dance styles, and dance classes implement different dance styles from Ballroom and Salsa to Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary. Dance Sport classes for kids develop coordination, musicality, performance skills, balance, posture, and footwork. Dance Fusion classes for adults are described as an amazing way to stay in shape while learning new moves to favorite tunes, and as a whole body workout that never actually feels like a workout. Dance Fusion class is described as perfect for a good work out alternative that hits two goals: having fun with dance moves and staying or getting in shape.
