Nor Cal Elite All Stars offers all star cheerleading, cheerleading, dance, tumbling training, and stunting, along with all star tumbling classes. The program also offers private lessons, camps, clinics, recreational camps, tumbling camps, All Star cheer clinics, scholastic cheer clinics, midseason cheer, and STUNT, a team sport focused on partner stunts, pyramids, basket tosses, and tumbling/jumps. Families can also book birthday party hosting with Cheer & Dance party options and Tumbling party options.

For over 20 years, Nor Cal Elite has been nurturing the talent and spirit of youth and teens across their region. Nor Cal Elite is described as Northern California's premier All-Star Cheerleading and Tumbling Training program and has proudly claimed numerous championships over the years. The program has three locations in San Jose, San Ramon, and Sacramento. Coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of competitive cheerleading, undergo regular background checks, and complete annual SafeSport certification training. The program follows a specialized approach to training that is personalized to each athlete’s goals and abilities and offers a positive atmosphere where athletes can learn, grow, and have fun while mastering cheerleading, dance, tumbling, and stunting skills. All-star cheerleading at this program involves athletes tumbling, stunting, and dancing in synchronized routines to music, and all-star tumbling classes focus on developing and refining tumbling skills for competitive all-star cheerleading and recreational tumbling. Private lessons provide personalized and focused training tailored to each athlete’s needs and goals, and camps and clinics are offered in summer, winter, spring, and fall. Midseason teams are offered as an affordable alternative and introduction to All Star cheerleading. STUNT at Nor Cal Elite is a competitive team sport derived from traditional cheerleading, performed head-to-head and judged on precision, technique, and synchronization. The program states that it is dedicated to creating an environment where every athlete can thrive and learn important lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal achievement.
