YouthWell offers support groups, wellness workshops, Youth Mental Health First Aid, QPR, a Youth Advocacy Board, a student portal, a resource directory, and a community calendar. Support groups are weekly, free drop-in, and hybrid, and Wellness Workshops are virtual. The Resource Directory is available in English and Spanish, and Spanish interpretation is provided for support groups and virtual Wellness Workshops.

About the provider
YouthWell launched a Youth Advisory Board in 2023. In 2024, YouthWell taught 706 adults and students in Santa Barbara County. YouthWell's prevention and early intervention programs focus on mental health and wellness education, outreach, and improving access to coordinated care in order to connect youth through age 25 and their families to mental health and wellness resources before the crisis in Santa Barbara County. YouthWell mobilizes 60+ community stakeholders through the Collaborative & YLN and contributes to the Network of Family Resource Centers, the Pediatric Resilience Collaborative hosted by Cottage Health, and KIDS Network hosted by the Department of Social Services. It also partners with SB County Education Office and BWell, and with FSA for Mental Health First Aid and QPR.
Free services are stated for support groups and wellness workshops. YouthWell offers support groups in English and Spanish. YouthWell has a 2-year pilot project providing a Family Care Coordination Center. YouthWell states it offers mental health and wellness resources before the crisis.
