Parkour Generations Santa Cruz offers parkour, freerunning, functional fitness, and acro, with both kids classes and adult classes. Parkour Generations Santa Cruz is part of Parkour Generations, founded in 2006, and Parkour Generations Americas, started in 2012, with Parkour Generations Santa Cruz established in 2012 and serving Santa Cruz County and beyond. The branch is led by Dustin Sharp, who is listed as the Parkour Generations Santa Cruz Senior Coach, owner, and head coach/branch owner. Parkour Generations Santa Cruz is ADAPT certified since 2011, and the ADAPT (Art de Déplacement And Parkour Teaching) certification program is described as the only internationally recognized parkour instructor certification program endorsed by parkour’s original founders. PKGA uses parkour to help build diverse, positive, and active communities through a shared love of functional movement and operates over 100 classes per week in several states for schools, municipal recreation departments, and private organizations. PKGA also runs larger workshops, consults on park and facility design projects around North America, and has a performance team that has been featured in various media campaigns and is available for commercial bookings, brand promotions, and community partnerships.
