These interactive classes model community and family life as parents and children gather together in an atmosphere of warmth, support and ease. Classes are nature-based and will be conducted outside on our beautiful campus with parent-child teacher Claire Roberts.
The Santa Cruz Kids in Nature Program is an outdoor-based Nature Club for young children. We are a grass-roots program focused on fostering creativity, confidence, communication skills, community, ecological stewardship, curiosity, consent, and social justice ethics and advocacy in the students. Our core curriculums revolve around Social Emotional Learning, Natural History, and Cultural History/Social Justice.
