Rhythm & Motion

Rhythm & Motion offers dance workout classes and dance workshops. The program is known for its high-energy dance workout sessions that draw on a wide range of dance styles. Classes are held in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere.

Founded in 1979, Rhythm & Motion is led by Consuelo Faust, the founder, and Dudley Flores, the director. The program partners with ODC School to engage with the community. According to a student testimonial, the classes provide a unique and transformative experience.
