The Teen Chef Program offers activities in cooking and leadership. Participants engage in these activities at a commercial kitchen in Soquel, California.
• Ages: 14–18 years old
• Schedule: Sundays all day, and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons

Founded in 2012, the program is led by Angela Farley, the Executive Director. Its mission is to build healthier, more connected communities by engaging teens and providing nourishing food to individuals living with serious illnesses. Meals are designed by an in-house Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Executive Chef, and the program delivers medically tailored meals to individuals in crisis. The program is supported through donations from the community, grants, and contracts with local and state agencies.
