Santa Cruz County Parks says it provides quality summer and seasonal camps that engage and have a positive impact on youth in the community. Requests for credits or refunds must be submitted in writing or by email. Four days or more before the activity start date, participants may receive full credit to their account for one year, or a refund minus a $5.00 cancellation fee. Three or fewer business days before the start date, refunds, credits, and transfers are not issued. If the class has met three times or a participant does not attend, refunds are not available. If Parks cancels a program, a full refund is issued within 4 weeks.
