Be Natural Music

Be Natural Music offers private music lessons for numerous instruments, including vocal, ukulele, guitar, harp, bass, jazz and rock piano, saxophone, and drums. The program also includes Real Rock Band classes, Rock Band Classes, Real Jazz Funk Band, Jazz Band classes, band classes for young musicians who know how to rock on their instrument, group classes, workshops, concert performances, and music camps.

• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday in the afternoon and early evening, with Saturday by appointment only

Be Natural Music is a Jazz & Rock Performance music school program established in 1998. It is directed by Matthew Pinck, also known as “yoga Matt” on stage. The program now serves both in-person and online classes and offers access to the Be Natural Music Pro Shop and the option to shop gear on Reverb, along with a newsletter sign-up to receive news and updates. Be Natural Music has an overall rating of “Excellent 5” based on 33 reviews and ratings on Google and Facebook. One parent, Austin Shaw, states that “the kids not only learn a ton but have a great time doing it” and notes growth in a child’s confidence and friendships in the program. Another parent, Jenny Wiley, reports “a fabulous 5 years with Be Natural Music” and shares that her son has learned to play and perform a wide range of songs, including originals, and has developed “a livelong love of musicianship.”
