Caveirinha Jiu Jitsu Family Santa Monica offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes, including Kids BJJ, Toddler BJJ, Youth BJJ, Teen BJJ, Adults BJJ, No Gi, women’s BJJ classes, and women’s self-defense. The academy trains in both Gi (traditional uniform) and No-Gi, and follows a structured curriculum with fundamentals, drilling, situational rounds, and paced live training. For a first or free trial class, students are instructed to wear comfortable workout clothes and may borrow a gi from the academy if they do not have one.
