Sports City Lil' Athletes & Camp Epic

Sports City Lil' Athletes & Camp Epic includes various sports, group games, arts and crafts, trampolines, arcade games, laser tag, bowling, play structures, outside play, and structured group activities. Camp Epic uses Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Chuck's Bowling, Game On Arcade, Virtual Reality, laser tag, play structures, and indoor soccer fields, and takes place on state-of-the-art indoor soccer fields that are also used for youth and indoor soccer. The Lil' Athletes program includes Lil' Kickers, Lil' Hoopsters, and Skills Institute, and Lil' Kickers is a child development soccer program while Lil' Hoopsters is a child development basketball program.

• Schedule: Full-day and half-day Camp Epic options are offered Monday through Friday (and one Monday-only Labor Day camp) on specific weeks in June, July, and August 2026, with full days running 8:30am–5:30pm and half days running 8:30am–12:30pm.

Camp Epic offers exercise-packed days that combine sports activities with the entertainment attractions at Poppy Bank Epicenter, and provides non-stop fun for children ages 4 to 12 with flexibility during school breaks and holidays. All children must be potty trained to attend Camp Epic, and transitions during the day include water breaks, bathroom breaks, and washing hands. Arcade games are limited to 60 minutes per day when available, and families can register for a full day, a half day, or multiple days.

Sports City has been providing family fun and exercise for thousands of players and their families from all over the North Bay since 1996. Sports City offers over forty-two divisions of indoor soccer for men, women, coed, and youth teams at all skill levels, and is described as the North Bay’s premiere indoor soccer sports center. Sports City offers a wide array of youth sports programs to help kids and young adults develop a love for sports and fitness, and is committed to providing year-round fun, fitness and social enjoyment for the entire family.
