Sports City Lil' Athletes & Camp Epic includes days filled with various sports, group games, arts and crafts, trampolines, arcade games, laser tag, bowling, play structures, outside play, and structured group activities. Campers may spend time at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Chuck's Bowling, Game On Arcade, Virtual Reality, and the Indoor Soccer Fields, with all activities subject to availability on each particular day. Arcade games are limited to 60 minutes per day when available.

• Schedule: Full day 8:30am–5:30pm and half day 8:30am–12:30pm, with check-in beginning as early as 8:15am; offered as single-day camps on select dates and as weekly sessions Monday–Friday (and one Monday–Thursday week) during summer break
• Price: $79/Full Day; $38/Half Day

Half day campers follow a schedule that includes check-in, free play, camp rules and instructions, two attraction blocks, a snack time, and pick-up by 12:30pm. Full day campers follow a schedule that includes check-in, free play, camp rules and instructions, three attraction blocks, two snack times, lunch, rest and digest or free play, outside play (weather dependent) or structured group activity, and pick-up by 5:30pm. All children must be potty trained to attend Camp Epic, and parents or guardians are required to sign their child in and out, with transitions that include water breaks, bathroom breaks, and washing hands.

Sports City offers youth soccer, adult soccer, a child development soccer program, a child development basketball program, and a player and soccer development program, along with over forty-two divisions of indoor soccer for Men, Women, Coed and Youth teams at all skill levels and three fields available to rent for private groups, teams and schools. Lil' Athletes is a child development sports program for kids ages 18 months to 12 years, comprised of Lil' Kickers, Lil' Hoopsters, and Skills Institute. Camp Epic requirements include ages 4 to 12 years old and all children must be potty trained, and Camp Epic is not specifically set up to be the best camp program for children with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Sports City is a proud local business owned by nine local families, with co-founders Andrew and Monica Rowley. Sports City has been providing family fun and exercise for thousands of players and their families from all over the North Bay since 1996. Sports City states that it offers a wide array of youth sports programs to help kids and young adults develop a love for sports and fitness, is committed to providing year-round fun, fitness and social enjoyment for the entire family, and that Lil’ Athletes is known for helping children develop cognitively, physically, emotionally and socially, with a stated goal of providing a safe and fun environment for each child participating in Camp Epic.
