Sports City Youth Sports & Lil' Athletes Programs include youth soccer, adult soccer, and a player and soccer development program on indoor soccer fields. The Lil' Athletes programs include a child development soccer program, a child development basketball program, and Skills Institute. Camp Epic includes activities such as Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Chuck's Bowling, Game On Arcade, Virtual Reality, Laser Tag, Play Structures, and use of Indoor Soccer Fields.

• Schedule: Labor Day Camp Epic on Monday, September 2nd, with a full-day option from 8:30am–5:30pm and a half-day option from 8:30am–12:30pm
Lil' Athletes is a child development sports program for kids ages 18 months to 12 years, comprised of Lil' Kickers, Lil' Hoopsters, and Skills Institute. Lil' Athletes programs are known for helping children develop cognitively, physically, emotionally and socially. Camp Epic is for ages 4–12 and its days are described as non-stop fun for kids ages 4 through 12, with exercise-packed sports activities combined with entertainment attractions at Poppy Bank Epicenter.
Sports City has been the North Bay’s premiere indoor soccer sports center for over 20 years and has been providing great family fun and exercise for thousands of players and their families from all over the North Bay since 1996. Over forty-two divisions of indoor soccer are offered for Men, Women, Coed and Youth teams at all skill levels, and the three fields are available to rent for private groups, teams and schools. Sports City is a proud local business owned by nine local families, and co-founders Andrew and Monica Rowley are thanked for their vision in creating Poppy Bank Epicenter. Sports City states that sports are its passion and that it is committed to providing year-round fun, fitness and social enjoyment for the entire family, and its mission is to offer a wide array of youth sports programs to help kids and young adults develop a love for sports and fitness so they can lead healthy, active lifestyles.
