Creation Station offers open studio time where children of all ages can create open-ended art using recycled and repurposed materials, with an Art Studio Specialist present to facilitate the use of materials. Garden Party! includes hands-on science and art activities to learn about sustainable gardening practices, and the Dino Trax event is described by the museum as a “Jurassic-sized day of discovery.”

The Children’s Museum of Sonoma County was founded in 2005 and opened its doors in 2014. Its mission is to inspire curiosity and creativity through joyful, transformative experiences. Each year, the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County supports local nonprofit organizations and schools by donating tickets to assist in fundraising efforts.
