Since its inception in 1992, Forget Me Not Farm has worked with thousands of at-risk children and youth. The mission of Forget Me Not Farm is described as a haven for children and animals to bond and break the cycle of abuse. Greenhouses at the farm are used to grow organic produce for youth in the program, and many of the resident animals have individual rescue stories. Forget Me Not Farm received the Best of the North Bay 2026 Best Farm recognition. The program partners with Safe Haven Llama and Alpaca Sanctuary in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana, a local rescue group that provided veterinary care for Luna, and Oscar's Donkey Rescue, which conducted a rescue of Huego.
