JSK North Bay Martial Arts – A Jeff Speakman Training Center offers Kids Martial Arts and Adult Martial Arts classes. The program includes training in Kenpo 5.0, fitness kickboxing, self-defense, karate, and taekwondo. Owner Renee Row is a Fifth Degree Black Belt and Associate Professor whose Kenpo journey began in 2002, and she trains directly under Master Jeff Speakman. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Sacramento State and a Master’s Degree in Business from Sonoma State, earned in 2010, and she is a cancer survivor with a 17-year clean bill of health. She states, “Teaching Kenpo to others and sharing in my students joy and successes is the best part of this journey.” Santa Rosa, CA and surrounding areas is home to the center.
