Atlético Santa Rosa Soccer Club Academy holds open tryouts for Boys Academy players and open tryouts for Girls Academy players. Players from the academy participate in MLS NEXT League NW games and in events such as the 2025 MLS NEXT Fest in Mesa, Arizona, which is described as one of the largest youth scouting and talent-identification events in North America. ASR Bayern and ASR Dortmund teams have celebrated championship titles in the 2015 NorCal Premier League, and Atlético 2013 Pre-MLS NEXT is listed as NorCal Premier Soccer State Cup 2025 Champions.

The academy leadership team includes Jorge Tote Castañeda as Technical Director and Head of Methodology, Rick Hewko as Atlético New Girls Director and 2012 Boys MLS Coach, and Coach Miguel Galvan as coach of ASR Bayern and ASR Dortmund. Coach Jorge Tote Castañeda is described as a distinguished professional with an impressive track record in leading top soccer clubs in Mexico and the United States. The club highlights several team achievements, including NorCal State Cup Champions 2024 for the Red Stars 2014–2015 Girls Team and the Fuego (2016) team winning the RAGE Summer Cup. The program notes a quote from Pelé: “Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing.” Atlético Santa Rosa also lists community involvement through activities such as “Blast Off 2 School – Giving Back to Our Community” and participation in Día del Niño 2025.
