Little Angels Children's Center

Little Angels Children's Center offers activities that include grace and courtesy in the classroom, social skills, lessons in music, literature, arts and crafts, science, physical education, dramatic play, kindergarten readiness, outdoor exploration, and physical motor skills. The program uses a theme-based curriculum that teachers use to plan a variety of activities, and each classroom posts a weekly and/or monthly lesson plan for parents to see what children will be learning. A daily schedule is in place, and staff may adjust events for teachable moments or adapt activities or lesson plans to meet the needs of all children in the class.

• Price: A $150 non-refundable registration fee per child is due upon application; a diaper/pull-up fee of $50 per child; monthly or twice monthly tuition payments are due in advance on the 1st and/or 15th, the fee is the same regardless of days attended, and payment is required whether or not a child is present, with half payment deducted for vacations of a calendar week or more when the Director is notified at least one week in advance; a $20 late fee is charged if a child is picked up past 5pm.

Little Angels Children's Center provides care for children ages 2 to 6 years old, and diapers are allowed. The program will provide assistance in potty training if needed, and there is a diaper/pull-up fee of $50 per child. Children are placed in classrooms based on age, and enrollment is open to children who are 2 to 6 years old.

The stated goal of Little Angels Children's Center is to provide the community with a quality preschool and childcare program with a safe, loving, and nurturing environment supported by a structured educational program that will have a lasting influence on the child. The program states that it aims to create a safe place to celebrate differences and create an inclusive environment for all children and their families. The center has been established since 1983.

Admission into the program requires that parents visit the preschool and complete all required forms, and at least one pre-enrollment interview is conducted with the Director, child, and parents or guardians. Children may not begin the program until they have received all immunizations required by the State of California for entrance into an early childhood program, and a physician-verified immunization card and a signed Physician’s Report stating the child is in good physical health must be turned in before the start date. Parents have the right to visit the center at any time to observe all activities of the program whenever they deem appropriate.

Monthly or twice monthly tuition payments are due in advance of attendance on the 1st and/or 15th of each month, and statements are not issued. The fee is the same regardless of the actual number of days of attendance, and payment is required whether or not a child is present or absent. If a child is on vacation for a calendar week or more and the Director is personally notified or given at least one week advance notice, half payment is deducted. A two-week written notice is required when dropping a child from the preschool, and a late fee of $20 must be paid to staff if a child is picked up past 5pm. The holiday schedule is posted each calendar year on the bulletin board, website, and Facebook page.

Little Angels Children's Center states a Non-Discrimination Policy that it admits students of any race, color, religion, sex, disability, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students at the school. It states that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and other school-administered programs.
