The Dance Center of Santa Rosa Summer Dance Camps

The Dance Center of Santa Rosa Summer Dance Camps include training in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, hip hop, and musical theatre. Dancers take part in these styles in a studio setting that focuses on dance as the main activity.

The Dance Center of Santa Rosa Summer Dance Camps are part of a studio that is celebrating 45 years of dance in the community. Dancers train with teachers described by the studio as the best in the North Bay in a positive learning environment for every student regardless of age and experience level. The studio’s multiple award-winning performing companies offer in-depth dance training, as well as performance and competition opportunities. Annual company holiday shows highlight the most advanced dancers, and annual June shows are well-known throughout the area and include dancers from beginning through advanced levels. Professional-grade videos of City Roots performances are available for purchase. The Dance Center states that whether someone is dancing for fun, health, or training for a professional career, dance is what they do. The Dance Center’s close ties to the Santa Rosa Sister City Program have given company dancers the chance to travel and perform in front of an international audience in Jeju, South Korea.
