About the provider

Sausalito Yacht Club was founded on New Year’s Eve of 1942, and its clubhouse was completed and dedicated on September 24, 1960. The program is led by Youth Sailing Directors, Officers and Chairs. Its mission is to provide enjoyable, safe and affordable access to sailing through sailing programs for all skill levels, promote the sport through good sportsmanship, nationally recognized racing programs and regattas, and help create lifelong boaters in a safe and fun environment.

100% of class payment is due upon registration. For 2026, refunds minus credit card and processing fees are given up to 7 days before class starts. Within 7 days leading up to a class, a 50% refund (minus credit card and processing fees) can be requested. Once you participate in a class, refunds must be submitted in writing and are not guaranteed. Refunds for any participant affected by closures will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
