Create It! Art Classes & Kids Events offers activities such as pottery painting, an ongoing cartooning class, the Mega Moth Comic Book Class, Kids Art Night events, a Fused Glass Cheese Board Class, and step-by-step group projects like creating a winter raccoon or a large canister. In pottery painting, customers pick the piece of ceramic they wish to paint, choose colors, and use glazes that can have a two-toned look and move in the kiln to give the appearance of multiple colors when fired, with painted pieces clear glazed and fired to a glossy ceramic art piece. The studio adds new pottery items every month to a large selection, and prices for pottery painting are all inclusive, covering any applicable studio fees, materials, paint, glazing, and firings.

Create It! Art Classes & Kids Events is led by owner Jennifer (Jen) Balletto. Jen aims to make sure her customers feel welcome and have a fun experience in her studio and puts all of her heart into creating a warm, friendly environment for kids of all ages to feel safe to develop artistic skills. The studio operates as a local business in a calm, creative environment and is open for walk-ins with no reservations, with last painters taken at 5:00 pm on most days and open late until 8:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays with last painters at 7:00 pm. The business lists hours that include Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday openings, with Tuesday closed, and one listing notes Friday and Saturday hours extending to 8:00 pm.

The program offers Kids Art Night events as drop-off sessions. The on-going cartooning class is taught by Emily C. Martin and Brett Grunig every Friday from 4:30–6:00 pm until the end of 2026, and the Mega Moth Comic Book Class is scheduled on Fridays in 2026 from January 2 at 4:30 pm through December 18 at 6:00 pm. Specific Kids Art Night dates include February 27 from 5:30–7:00 pm and March 20 from 5:30–7:00 pm. One staff member, Luiza, is currently at Santa Rosa High through the Art Quest program in photography.

Create It! Art Classes & Kids Events notes that it won an award for birthday parties. The studio also describes community involvement through Zoe, the shop dog, who greeted customers, sat with kids reading to her, and had been coming to the studio for her entire life of 17 years and 10 months before passing away in 2024 at almost 18 years old.
