Paragon Simi Valley Youth Jiu-Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Youth Jiu-Jitsu, Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and No-Gi Submission Grappling for young students. The broader academy also offers Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, wrestling, and self-defense training, with instruction from experienced and accomplished martial artists who have competed at the highest levels of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA. The youth program teaches children and teens the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and supportive environment through a structured and progressive curriculum with different levels of training to accommodate all skill levels.

Paragon Simi Valley was originally founded in 2007 by 3rd degree Black Belt Dion Watts, whose lineage includes Relson Gracie and Jean Jacques Machado, and it joined the Paragon team in 2015. The leadership team includes Edgar Gallegos (Lead Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Instructor), Joe Gibbs (Youth Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Instructor), Neil Torrey (Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense Instructor), Anushka Fun (Jiu-Jitsu Instructor), Justin Otero (Jiu-Jitsu Instructor), Jon Foley (Advanced Jiu-Jitsu Instructor), Beefcake (Advanced No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Instructor), Devin Gibson (Youth Jiu-Jitsu Instructor), and Dominic Monsei (Wrestling Instructor). The academy describes itself as Simi Valley's premium martial arts academy and Simi Valley's #1 kids martial arts program, with youth martial arts training for ages 4+ that focuses on real-world self-defense including situational awareness, de-escalation strategies, and defensive counterattacks.
