Summer Junior Camps offers golf instruction that covers full swing, short game, and putting fundamentals. Campers learn common golf terms, golf etiquette, and golf safety, and take part in games and competitions as part of each session.
• Ages: 5–17 years old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday from 8am–11am, with six separate weeks available in June, July, and August
• Price: $300 per Junior
Junior camps are designed for first-time and intermediate golfers, and campers may be divided into smaller groups based on skill level. Each camp class has one instructor for every 6–7 campers. Instruction is led by certified PGA teaching professionals, and on-course lessons with mental strategy are available. Professional golf instruction is also available in group and private settings for golfers of any age. Simi Hills has been voted a “Reader’s Choice Winner” by the Ventura County Star and has received a 3 1/2 star rating from Golf Digest as a top place to play in the United States. The program is owned and operated by the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, which supports the golf programs at Simi High School and Royal High School through range balls, free practice time, and match and tournament rounds.
