Hanna Center Community Support Activities & Camps

Hanna Center Community Support Activities & Camps includes recreational programming with structured team sports, aquatics, off-campus outings, and youth-centered spaces like the Rec Center. It also includes the Hanna Academy Residential Program for non-public high-school students with IEPs, and two transitional housing programs for foster youth ages 16-18 and 18-21.

Programs

• Hanna Academy Residential Program — Non-public high-school students · Serves students with IEPs by providing trauma-informed care, specialized education, and supportive housing on Hanna Center’s campus.
• Transitional Housing Program (THP-M) — Foster youth ages 16-18 · Designed for foster youth aged 16-18 to support successful emancipation by providing a safe environment while learning skills that can promote self-sufficiency.
• Transitional Housing Program Non-Minor Dependent (THPP-NMD) — Foster youth ages 18-21 · Designed specifically for youth aged 18-21 who have chosen to extend their placement in foster care as non-minor dependents.
• Recreational Programming — A wide variety of engaging activities, from structured team sports and aquatics to off-campus outings and youth-centered spaces like the Rec Center.
