About
Sonoma Gymnastics Academy offers a 2026 Summer Camp Session where children spend the day jumping, swinging, singing, dancing, crafting, running through many gymnastics event circuits, playing games, making crafts, and building forts. The camp day runs from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm and includes time for both structured gymnastics circuits and creative activities. All participants must be fully toilet trained.
• Ages: 4–12 years old
• Schedule: 2026 Summer Camp Session runs June 8th through August 7th, from 8:30 am–2:30 pm
Students are asked to wear a t-shirt with elastic waist banded shorts or pants, or a leotard, with long hair pulled back and no jewelry, jeans, dresses, or skirts. Families are asked to pack a peanut-free lunch, a water bottle, and comfortable shoes, and to send clothing layers in case the group adventures outside; morning snacks are provided.
Sonoma Gymnastics Academy states that gymnastics stimulates the brain and nervous system of young children while they are growing through important developmental stages, and that cross-body movements fire impulses between the two brain hemispheres, increasing cognitive function and coordination. The program’s leadership and coaching team includes Mary Jambon-Corzine (Owner/She.E.O), Aidan Callister (Xcel/Recreational Coach), and Riley Haner (Xcel/Recreational Coach, Social Media Manager, and Administrative Assistant). According to the program, Mary started her gymnastics career in Gymboree with her mom, competed through level 8 by her freshman year of high school, then did varsity cheerleading and competed professionally until age 22; Aidan has a background in Parkour and Gymnastics, training and competing at level 8; and Riley coaches everything from Junior Gymnastics to the Xcel Team and has years of experience in Gymnastics, Dance, Acrobatics, and College Competitive Cheer.
The program also offers a Drop-In/Make-Up Day on the last Saturday of the month from 12:00–1:00 pm, and Skill Clinics every Saturday of the month except the last Saturday due to Drop-In Day. Sonoma Gymnastics Academy uses the phrase “Flips. Fitness. Fun.” and notes that its 2026 Summer Camps are live.
Sonoma Gymnastics Academy states that it is sponsored by Fbsport, which provides inflatable mats and gym equipment, and by Silveria Chevrolet for competitive team fundraising needs. Parent testimonials describe the staff as fun and engaged, mention that the space lets kids be kids, and note that the program is accommodating with scheduling and that children look forward to attending.
