About
The Sonoma Valley Tennis Association offers a variety of tennis-related activities, including tennis instruction, social and competitive tennis programs, tennis lessons, and clinics. They also provide summer programs for youth, focusing on the sport of tennis.

Established in 1973, the Sonoma Valley Tennis Association is dedicated to promoting the sport of tennis in Sonoma Valley. The program is led by John Sutter, a USPTA Elite Professional and former ATP player, who is USTA Safe Play certified. The leadership team includes Kate McClintock as President and Mark Lyon as Vice President, among others. The association partners with the Sonoma County and Regional Parks Department and is a member of USTA Community Tennis Associations. They sponsor USTA men and women's leagues and Sonoma-Napa-Marin Women's teams. The courts feature advanced slip-sheet system technology and LED lights for evening play, and they offer scholarships and tennis equipment for kids who need assistance.
