Regina Rose Studio

Regina Rose Studio offers fine art classes for kids and adults that include drawing, painting, mixing colors, learning values, elements of art, and composition. Students work in oil pastel, acrylic, watercolor, soft pastel, and sculpting, and the studio also offers summer camps and paint parties. The program includes both kid classes and adult classes taught as fine art instruction in an old-fashioned style with current themes and the use of tablets for reference material.

• Schedule: Classes are offered six days a week for kids and adults.

Regina Rose leads the program and has taken a sabbatical from a construction business to study art across the United States, including three months in Italy. The instructor has taken workshops in many art mediums with renowned artists and studied for one month at the Art Students League in New York City. The studio describes its mission as inspiring students to see the world with their “artist eyes,” developing art skills and mastery in all mediums starting at each student’s skill level, and building self-esteem and greater confidence in all areas of life. The program notes that classes are ongoing, that kids are known to stay for years, and that as art skills grow, self-confidence is built that will last a lifetime.
