Regina Rose Studio

Regina Rose Studio offers fine art classes for kids and adults that focus on drawing, painting, mixing colors, working with values, and studying the elements of art and composition. Students work in oil pastel, acrylic, watercolor, soft pastel, and sculpting in both kid and adult classes, as well as in summer camps and paint parties. The studio provides fine art instruction “the old fashion way” and uses tablets for reference material while adding current themes.

• Schedule: Classes are offered 6 days a week for both kids and adults

Regina Rose leads the program and has over thirty years of experience teaching art. She took a sabbatical from her construction business at age 36 to study art across the United States, including three months in Italy and one month at the Art Students League in New York City, and she has taken workshops in many art mediums with renowned artists. The mission of Regina Rose Studio is to inspire students to see the world with their “artist eyes,” develop art skills and mastery in all mediums starting at their skill level, and build self-esteem and greater confidence in all areas of life. Classes are ongoing, and kids are known to stay at the studio for years, with an emphasis on drawing skills throughout all the work.
