High-Level Sports Foundation Soccer Program focuses on playing soccer as part of its sports programs. The program includes free soccer clinics, all-star programs, scholarship programs, outreach, and college placement connected to soccer activities.

The High-Level Sports Foundation Soccer Program is led by a world class coaching staff with national and/or international playing and coaching experience in Europe, the U.S., and Africa. The High-Level Sports Foundation was founded by George Lamptey in 2014, and its leadership team includes George Lamptey (Founder/CEO), Ernest Ezeoha (Chairman), Steve Lalonde (Vice Chairman), Janne Lamptey (Secretary/Treasurer), and Ray Canevari (Member). The program teaches players the four components of soccer: mental, technical, tactical, and physical abilities, and individually assesses and tracks each player’s progress using a color band system as they move to the next stage. The High-Level Sports Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-deductible organization under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

The mission of the High-Level Sports Foundation is to offer lifelong opportunities to underprivileged and orphaned youths in Ghana through educational avenues and the influence of soccer. Its vision is to help improve lives and communities one soccer player, one scholarship, and one community at a time. The foundation’s stated goal is to provide an opportunity for 2 individuals to attend high school in the United States, sponsor 10 kids to attend senior high school in Ghana, and solicit computers for Osu Children’s Home, Methodist Rehab Center, Accra Street Academy, and Sports for Change Foundation. High-Level Sports Foundation will provide scholarships for orphans and underprivileged youth in Ghana, Africa.

The High-Level Sports Foundation states an ambition to develop youth soccer players in the Bay Area and to teach them life skills, sportsmanship, determination, teamwork, camaraderie, pride, and accomplishment experience. It also states that sports allow the constructive release of pent-up aggression in a socially acceptable manner and that playing soccer is essential to the healthy growth of future leaders. The organization notes that volunteers are needed to help raise money so it can continue to provide athletic opportunities within an economically diverse community.
