Silicon Valley BJJ

Silicon Valley BJJ offers Toddler Class, Kids BJJ, Adult Gi Fundamentals, Adult Gi All Level, Adult NO Gi All Level, Open Mat, and Private Classes. Toddler Class meets Saturday at 10:30 AM, and Kids BJJ meets Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 PM and Saturday at 11:00 AM. Adult Gi Fundamentals meets Monday through Thursday at 5:00 PM, Adult Gi All Level meets Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday at 12:00 PM, and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and Adult NO Gi All Level meets Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM.

About the provider

The leadership team includes Diego Herzog, Jeremy Cox, Jenny, and Lauren Cox. Diego Herzog is the founder and head instructor, a Black Belt 5th Degree, an IBJJF World Champion, and a black belt under Crolin Gracie. Jeremy Cox, Jenny, and Lauren Cox are all Black Belts, and Lauren Cox is an IBJJF Master World Medalist. The program lists 25+ years of teaching experience, an IBJJF affiliation, a 4.5 Google rating from 22 reviews, and a community policy that welcomes families to train together.

All skill levels welcome. No experience necessary. Members only for Open Mat. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class for safety reasons. Holiday schedule: closed on major holidays. Private classes are by appointment.
