Silicon Valley BJJ offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defense training through classes such as Toddler Class, Kids BJJ, Adult Gi Fundamentals, Adult Gi All Level, Adult NO Gi All Level, and Open Mat. The program includes martial arts instruction in both gi and no-gi formats for different experience levels.

Silicon Valley BJJ is led by founder and head instructor Professor Diego Herzog, a 5th degree black belt under Crolin Gracie, IBJJF World Champion, MMA professional fighter, and Bacharel in Physical Education and Sports with 25 years of teaching experience.
