Journey Junior Golf Academy offers golf instruction through golf classes, professional group golf instruction, individual golf lessons, group golf lessons, and online golf lessons. Children take part in activities such as Tiny Tees classes, short game series, the Swing & Play Like a Pro series, video swing analysis, and a Golf Course Tune-Up. Tiny Tees classes use real golf clubs and golf balls and are segmented into level one and level two based on each child’s skill, with average class sizes of 3 to 6 juniors and a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio, and parents are invited to watch the instruction so they know the lesson plan from each class and what the student should work on for the following week.

Through the Journey Golf Academy, five instruction options are available, and all programs can be customized to students’ and groups’ needs and can be broken down into weekly, half-day, or full-day sessions. Kids are segmented based on their golfing abilities and graduate to the next level as their skills grow. The Swing & Play Like a Pro series includes 8 or 4 hours with video analysis, the L2L golf swing system, and 50/50 short game, while the Short Game Series includes video short game analysis, the 50/50 short game system including putting mechanics, and the “Chang Chip.” Video Swing Analysis is a 90-minute lesson using video analysis and the L2L golf swing system, and group lessons for older teenagers and adults include learning the basics of golf in a group setting with golf clubs and range balls included. The online golf academy includes a personal video portal, comprehensive online video analysis and member tune up, the L2L Golf Swing System step-by-step manual, monthly video lesson downloads, personal improvement tracking with a Goals and Objectives section, email and text communication with instructors with a response guaranteed within 24 hours, one 45-minute video analysis tune up per month or one full day golf school per year, discounts on golf and range balls at Journey Golf Academy, four free video swing analysis certificates for family and friends, and a monthly newsletter with updates, student progress, and tournament schedules.

Pechanga Resort Casino, which is associated with Journey Golf Academy, opened its permanent facility in 2002, has a Community Giving program for sponsorships or donations, and has earned the AAA Four Diamond Award every year since opening its permanent facility.
