Yamashita Martial Arts offers training in Okinawan Shōrin-ryū Karate-do (Karate), Matayoshi Kobudo (weapons), and Suikendo. The program combines these traditional arts with the modern, very intense style of martial arts known as Suikendo, all taught under the supervision of Hanshi Tadashi Yamashita.

These arts are taught under the supervision of Grandmaster Hanshi Tadashi Yamashita, who is a 10th degree black belt and the creator of Suikendo. The dojo owners are Sensei Kelly Tovey and Sensei Tim Roach, with leadership that includes Renshi Kelly and Hanshi Yamashita.
