Torrance Little League includes activities such as a Hit-a-Thon, scorekeeping, umpire evaluation, and field maintenance. The program uses a batting cage facility as part of its activities. The Torrance Little League Board of Directors oversees the program.
Torrance Little League states that its goal is to provide a safe, fun and enjoyable environment for children to play and learn the game of baseball. The program follows a Code of Conduct at all Torrance Little League functions. All managers, coaches, and people in leadership positions at Torrance Little League are required to read, understand, and acknowledge in writing their commitment to follow this Code of Conduct. Everyone involved is encouraged to make sure the Code of Conduct is followed and to remind anyone who is not following it.
