Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy offers gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, and a NINJA academy, along with preschool open gym and general open gym times. The program also includes a Sensory friendly special needs open gym, an Abilities & Beyond/Special Needs program, a kids night out bunny hop event, and an adult fitness class. Families can also access a Royal Mobile App and a Virtual Tour connected with the program.
• Ages: 1–12 years old
• Schedule: Preschool open gym (walking to 4.5 years old) is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11am–12pm, and open gym for ages 5 to 12 is offered Fridays from 7:30pm–8:30pm and Saturdays from 12pm–1pm. Business hours are Monday through Friday 3:00pm–8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm.
