Adaa Indian and Bollywood Dance Academy offers Bollywood dance, Semi-Classical dance, Indian-folk dance, hip hop, and contemporary dance. The program also includes fitness classes, workshops, group lessons, and private lessons.

Adaa Indian and Bollywood Dance Academy was established in 2012 and is described as award winning. The instructors have a wide range of experience from different dance backgrounds. The director, Apra, won the Miss India NY title in 1998, including best talent, served as president of Cornell University’s dance troupe Sitara where she choreographed and organized cultural shows, and has worked in Bollywood with Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Juhi Chawla, and choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant. The academy states a vision to instill a love for dance in every student while focusing on technique, positive attitude, self-discipline, and a sense of community, and a mission to provide a safe and judgement-free space for students to learn Bollywood dance through various styles while building confidence and forming friendships.
The program offers a variety of options in styles, age groups, and abilities, with the choice of group lessons or private lessons at suitable times. It offers a free trial class for new students. Opportunities to perform are described as an integral part of the training, and the academy states that students participate in numerous events to gain confidence on stage and experience performing.
