Karate For All offers Little Warriors, Youth Class, Teens / Young Adults Class, and Parents / Adults Program. Students are placed based on their ability and comfort level, and classes match their skill level when they are ready for more advanced training. The program serves children and teens at all levels and includes support for social skills and emotional regulation.

About the provider

Karate for All is an innovative martial arts curriculum for kids and teenagers that integrates the knowledge of occupational therapy with the technique of karate-do. The leadership team includes Wayne Centra, also known as Sensei Wayne, who is a 4th-degree black belt in Shotokan and Shito-Ryu Karate and a licensed occupational therapist with a master's degree.
