Karate For All offers martial arts training that includes Shotokan Karate, Shito-Ryu Karate, jiu jitsu, and boxing. Students are primarily taught Shotokan Karate under the guidance of Sensei Wayne, and classes also incorporate elements of other martial arts such as jiu jitsu, boxing, and more. The program includes Little Warriors, Youth, and Teens/Young Adults classes and serves children and teens at all levels.

• Schedule: Class options available Sunday through Saturday during daytime and evening hours
Karate For All is an innovative martial arts curriculum for kids and teenagers that integrates the knowledge of occupational therapy with the technique of karate-do. Sensei Wayne leads the program as a 4th degree black belt in Shotokan and Shito-Ryu Karate and a licensed occupational therapist with a Master's degree. The program describes its approach as martial arts enhanced by an occupational therapist and states, “It’s our business to stop bullying. Learn how to speak out and defend yourself.” Karate For All lists partners including Defense Athletics and Centra Pediatric Therapy.
