Fashion Camp

Fashion Camp introduces kids to fashion design through hand sewing, machine sewing, fashion illustration, a sketching lesson, and draping. Campers take part in games and challenges and sew specific projects such as a drawstring backpack, a skirt, and shorts as an option for boy campers. The week ends with an end-of-week Fashion Show for friends and family.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–12pm, with sessions offered June 15–19; June 22–26; June 29–July 3; July 6–10; July 13–17; July 20–24; July 27–31; and August 3–7
• Price: $375 and includes materials

Fashion Camp is a skill-based learning studio focused on fashion design, including sketching, designing, creating, and sewing. The camp is described as sewing for the youngest designer and is designed as an introduction to sewing for kids ages 7 and 8 or those entering 2nd grade in the fall, with an age-appropriate introduction for youngsters looking to learn to sew. Fashion-themed games and activities run throughout the camp. Fashion Camp also offers camps, classes, and workshops for kids and teens, as well as options for birthdays, Girl Scouts, private parties, and special groups.
